Returns and Cancellation Policy
1. Returns:
All purchases of art, crafts, or other items from SCAHC are final and non-refundable. No returns. Items are sold
as-is, and no refunds will be issued.
2. Classes, Workshops, or Presentations (Called EVENT below):
EVENT Cancellations by SCAHC or Instructor:
If SCAHC or the instructor/presenter cancels an EVENT, SCAHC will make an effort to reschedule the EVENT. Prior registrants will have the option to attend the rescheduled EVENT at no additional cost.
Should the registrant be unable to attend the rescheduled EVENT, the full value of their EVENT registration may be applied as a credit for a future EVENT. This credit must be used within six months from the date of issuance.
Alternatively, the registrant may request a refund of their registration fee.
Registrant Cancellations:
If a registrant is unable to attend an EVENT but provides at least 24 hours notice to SCAHC prior to the EVENT start, they will receive a credit for the full value of the EVENT. This credit can be used for future EVENT registrations within three months from the original EVENT.
No-Show or Late Cancellation:
If a registrant fails to attend the EVENT or does not provide proper 24-hour notice of non-attendance, the EVENT registration fee will be forfeited, and no credit or refund will be issued.
