2023 Regrant Recipients Sussex County is fortunate to have a number of engaging and enthusiastic art, cultural, and heritage non-profit organizations in addition to helping individuals in social programs such as SCARC. These county organizations rely on financial support from the Arts and Heritage Council. SCAHC is able to help support these groups by securing grants from the New Jersey State Council on the Arts and the New Jersey Historical Commission, and in turn, distributes these grant funds to the individual art and history organizations.
