Call for Artists & Makers – Join Our Annual Holiday Exhibition!

We’re inviting local artists and artisan crafters to be part of our much-loved Annual Holiday Exhibition! Held during the festive season, this event draws in holiday shoppers looking for unique, handcrafted gifts—and it's a great opportunity to showcase and sell your work to a supportive, art-loving community.

New this year: We’re introducing rotating vendor tables to give even more creatives a chance to participate throughout the exhibition! If you create high-quality, handmade items and want to reach holiday shoppers in a warm, welcoming setting, we’d love to hear from you! See below for more details about the rotating vendor schedules and applications.

Key Dates for Artists and Crafters

Drop Off: Friday, November 21: 11 AM - 4 PM

Saturday, November 22: 1 - 4 PM 

Reception and Holiday Party:

Saturday, December 6: 2 - 4:30 PM

Pick Up: Friday, January 9: 11 AM - 4 PM

Saturday, January 10: 1 - 4 PM

There will be two Vendor Display Periods over the course of SCAHC’s Holiday Exhibition. Both Vendor Display Periods will be approximately two weeks each. The fee will be $25 per Display Period and SCAHC takes a 30% commission for every item that sells. Vendors can choose to rent space for both display periods for $50. Display Period 1 

On view: November 28 - December 16 
Set up: Wednesday, November 26 from 1-6 PM 
OR Friday, November 28 from 10 - 11 AM 
Pick up: Wednesday, December 17 from 10 AM - 6 PM

Display Period 2

On View: Dec. 19 – Jan. 1
Set Up: Thursday, December 18 from 10 AM – 6 PM
Pick Up: Friday, January 2 from 11 AM – 4 PM
